Cherche / Midi by Andrew Danals

A night out in NYC with some new peeps.  Enjoying a moment at Cherche midi, a solid manhattan on the rocks solves any day of city heat.

If you haven't been here yet, you defiantly need to make it a stop on you next night out in NYC.

Wabi / Sabi by Andrew Danals

The title of the book, holds so many hidden meanings about what we hold valuable, and questions how we respond to things perfectly curated to the finest degree.

All the things beautifully simple and modernly complex have begun to have an entire new meaning to me after reading this.

The actual book itself starts to look weathered and takes on the properties of Wabi - Sabi as you are reading it. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to calm down and take a fresh breath and remember what it is like to slow down a little.

The Power of White by Andrew Danals

The cleansing power of white.  Something that is color-less.  As you stare at something so pure and untouched, as you start looking around that which is pure...you start to notice the flaws.

Why do our eyes wander away from something so clean and pure?  Are we scared of the unknown?  Is there something that we are looking for?

More and more, we talk about the color black as it is all the colors combined, but there is something to be said about the clean color-less color of white.

Puerto Rico by Andrew Danals

Destination: Puerto Rico

Visited Puerto Rico for the first time last year, and it was amazing!  You have to check out old San Juan and enjoy all the food that is offered here.  Some amazing tastes!   My most memorable was the shaved truffle ice cream...deliciously amazing
